What you’ll be doing

• Improving manufacturing processes and product structures.
• Solving real production challenges with engineering and workshop teams.
• Supporting Bills of Materials, labour routings, and product documentation.
• Developing assembly, inspection, and testing instructions.
• Contributing to safety, quality, productivity, and cost improvements.
• Supporting new products and engineering changes through to production.

What you’ll bring

• A degree in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
• An interest in manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Exposure to CAD or SolidWorks through university or work experience.
• A practical mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
