Graduate Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project activities and ensure smooth execution.

• Supervise day-to-day site operations and coordinate activities among various teams.

• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and site safety procedures.

• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, contractors, and other stakeholders for effective project execution.

• Monitor site activities and assist in resolving operational issues.

• Support project planning, execution, monitoring, and documentation.

• Prepare and maintain reports related to site operations and project activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.E./B.Tech degree in a relevant engineering discipline.

• 04 years of relevant experience; freshers can also apply.

• Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.

• Ability to supervise and coordinate site operations effectively.

• Strong understanding of workplace and site safety practices.

• Willingness to work in an in-office/site-based environment in Patna.

• Candidates should be willing to relocate to Patna if required.
