Graduate Engineer

Start your engineering career with structured training and hands-on exposure across the semiconductor industry! We are looking for fresh engineering and science graduates to join us as Graduate Engineers. This is a permanent position designed to provide structured training and practical exposure across different engineering functions, helping you build a strong technical foundation and prepare for your future specialized engineering role. Incumbents are to participate in a series of rotations assignment across different engineering departments or functions in span of 12.5 months.

What You’ll Get

• Permanent position with a 6-month probation period.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science.

• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

• Mandarin proficiency in speaking and writing will be an added advantage.

• Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and strong interest in developing a career in engineering.

• Willing to be based in Simpang Pulai / Gopeng, Perak.
