Graduate Engineer

Our Manila office is one of our global design hubs, supporting projects across MEP, Civil & Structural, Design Management, Sustainability, BIM, and Power Systems .

We’re looking for Graduate Mechanical and Graduate Electrical Engineers to join our growing team and contribute to the delivery of engineering projects from design through coordination and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Support the running of small engineering projects, including research, development, design, coordination, and monitoring of engineering services.

• Develop and specify applications of controls, instruments, and operating systems for building engineering services.

• Survey, test, and report on existing mechanical/electrical installations.

• Prepare and review engineering calculations, drawings, and specification modifications to meet relevant industry and legal standards.

• Support manufacturing, construction, installation, and operational testing activities to ensure compliance with functional specifications and customer requirements.

• Represent the company at technical meetings with clients, professional teams, and contractors.

• Review and validate design inputs from Intermediate and Graduate Engineers.

• Work on defined tasks with limited supervision while taking ownership of the quality and accuracy of your work.

• Prepare technical reports, letters, and other project documentation while maintaining effective records and QA processes.

• Manage priorities and deliver assigned work within agreed deadlines.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineer.

• Basic working knowledge of CAD functionality.

• Basic understanding of health and safety requirements and relevant legislation.

• Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel .

• Ability to use IT-based calculation and spreadsheet software.

• Basic understanding of BS Standards .

• Strong organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
