Graduate Engineer

The Company has over 40 years’ experience in the design and manufacture of battery-powered data logging, meter reading and pressure control products for the utilities sector. The products and solutions use the latest technologies and innovation to facilitate efficient management of water and gas networks.

We are seeking a Graduate Engineer to work for a company that operates in the Water Industry predominantly office based but also installing and configuring equipment and repairing and maintaining valves on the Clean Water Network in and around your region.

This is a full-time permanent position working for an outstanding Company who will provide full training, a vehicle and the equipment needed for the role.

Training in the following areas:

• Geographical Information Systems (GIS)
• Automatic control systems
• Wireless communications
• Electronics
• Mechanics
• Hydraulics
• Computing
• Field Surveys
• Data Analysis, Interpretation and Presentation
• Clean water and Wastewater networks and modelling
• Business Operations

The Candidate:

• Full driving license essential.
• A degree in Geography, Environmental, Earth Sciences, Engineering or a field based/data driven subject preferred but other related disciplines will be considered.
• Excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with customers or clients.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to work as a team and learn new skills.
• Flexibility to accommodate business needs.
