Location: Kesurdi (Pune)

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation in compliance with health and safety requirements.
• To execute appropriate lab procedures in the lab, maintain a 5S system, for sole responsibilities, and monitor cleanliness/hygiene inside the Lab area.
• Conduct all the baking Trials as per the requirements of QC, NPD, and Market. Record all the operations or analyses of the trials.
• Create, execute, and develop recipes and do quality checks on ingredients and finished items.
• Advanced ability to multitask, and follow the instructions given by the reporting boss.
• To be thorough and pay attention to detail.
• Good in Communication and executing the task properly.

Qualifications

• B.Tech Food Technology
• Fresher with a bakery background
