Graduate Engineer (Multiple Positions – Railway Systems)

About the role

An established railway systems company is seeking motivated and enthusiastic graduates and junior engineers to join its Engineering Department. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to develop their engineering knowledge and gain hands-on experience in railway systems and infrastructure projects. No extensive experience? Available positions include: Interface Engineer, Design Engineer, Planning Engineer, Production Engineer, and Project Engineer. Candidates may indicate their preferred position and work location during the application process. Final placement will depend on qualifications, skills and business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in engineering design, technical drawings, specifications and documentation.
• Support interface coordination between engineering disciplines, project teams, clients and other stakeholders.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring and reporting.
• Support production activities, technical coordination and compliance with engineering requirements.
• Assist in project execution, site coordination, technical submissions and project documentation.
• Review engineering documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support project delivery.
• Perform other engineering-related duties as assigned.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of working experience.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work in a team.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with relevant engineering software is an advantage.
• An interest in railway systems, signaling, rail infrastructure or related engineering fields will be an added advantage.
