- Degree holder in Structural or Civil related disciplines (accredited by the HKIE Scheme "A" Training)
- Good communication skills and PC knowledge
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Successful candidates will be arranged to join the HKIE Graduate Scheme "A" Training Programme (STL)
