Graduate Engineer Trainee

Join as a Graduate Engineer Trainee and learn real engineering on the shop floor and at project sites, with experienced seniors to guide you from day one.

• Support daily plant operations, maintenance, or site execution at our client's location
• Read and understand engineering drawings, and help the team follow them correctly
• Carry out routine inspections, quality checks, and preventive maintenance
• Assist seniors in troubleshooting breakdowns and finding the root cause, not just a quick fix
• Help with installation, testing, and commissioning of machines and equipment
• Maintain simple daily reports (production, maintenance, inspection, or progress)
• Follow safety rules (PPE, SOPs) and help keep the workplace accident-free
• Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and contractors in a respectful, team-first way
• Raise problems early and suggest improvements
• Be ready to learn new machines and processes every month

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering only

Experience: Freshers welcome, up to 2 years

• You are ready to relocate (Odisha / West Bengal / Chhattisgarh)
• You can read basic drawings and know the fundamentals of your branch
• Basic Hindi/English communication (Odia, Bengali, or Chhattisgarhi is a plus)
