Graduate Engineer Trainee (Mechanical) - Production & Quality

Location: Bawal Plant, Haryana

Scheme: National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS)

We are looking for B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering) graduates to join our Bawal Plant as Graduate Engineer Trainees under the NAPS Apprenticeship Scheme for a minimum period of 2 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise production activities and ensure achievement of daily production targets.
• Monitor manufacturing processes and maintain process discipline.
• Conduct in-process and final quality inspections of auto components.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and operating procedures.
• Coordinate with operators, maintenance personnel, and supervisors for smooth operations.
• Maintain production and inspection records.
• Identify process deviations and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Contribute to productivity improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.

Eligibility

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university/institute.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, production systems, and quality control.
• Good communication in Hindi, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in a shop-floor environment and rotational shifts.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Stipend: 22,000/-
