Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) with a B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering to join our manufacturing team. The selected candidates will receive practical exposure to manufacturing processes, production, quality, engineering, machine operations and plant activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and learn various manufacturing and production processes.
• Support the engineering and production teams in day-to-day plant activities.
• Assist in monitoring production activities, process parameters and productivity.
• Learn about machining, assembly, fabrication and other manufacturing processes.
• Support quality inspection and ensure products meet drawing and quality requirements.
• Assist in identifying process issues and support root-cause analysis.
• Maintain production, quality and process-related records and reports.
• Study engineering drawings, specifications and basic GD&T requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Engineering teams.
• Participate in process improvement and productivity improvement activities.
• Follow company safety procedures, work instructions and quality standards.
• Support supervisors and engineers in project and improvement activities.
• Learn and follow 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing and basic problem-solving techniques.
• Perform any other technical activities assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility

• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2025 or 2026 pass-out candidates.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Good understanding of basic Mechanical Engineering concepts.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing/plant environment.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Candidates should be willing to learn and work across different manufacturing functions.
