Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers and project teams in planning, design, and implementation activities
• Support the preparation of engineering drawings, calculations, and documentation
• Participate in site visits and assist in monitoring construction progress and quality
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to learn and contribute to project tasks
• Engage in training programs and professional development opportunities
• Help ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Perform technical research and support problem-solving activities as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree recently obtained in Engineering disciplines such as Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields
• Fresh graduates or up to 1-2 years of experience
• Strong enthusiasm to learn and develop technical and professional skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; knowledge of engineering software is a plus
