• Year 1: Explore Your Potential: Gain diverse experience through rotations in various clinical settings, including medical, surgical, mental health, perioperative care, maternity and critical care. Discover your passions and build a strong foundation of clinical skills.
• Year 2: Focus Your Expertise: Tailor your development year to your chosen specialty, receiving dedicated mentoring and support to refine your skills and advance your career.

Why Mt Wilga Private Hospital?

Mt Wilga Private Hospital is a dedicated 112 room rehabilitation hospital and day therapy centre, featuring modern treatment rooms, two hydrotherapy pools, and two fully equipped exercise physiology gymnasiums. As a graduate nurse, you'll gain valuable experience in a specialised rehabilitation setting while working with experienced clinicians and dedicated educators. Qualifications

• Have completed or are on track to complete your Diploma of Nursing.
• Eligible for AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse by February 2027
• Hold valid Australian work rights.
