Job Summary/Basic Function

The Department of Early, Middle and Elementary Education is seeking a motivated Graduate Level student to assist Dr. Megeara Mabry with her research which may include general Office duties.

Required Qualifications

• Current education major
• Committed to working approximately 15-20 hours
• Able to work independently
• Good Organizational Skills
• Good Communications Skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Microsoft 365 apps- Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Be able to use Search Engines Edge, Chrome
• Report/research experience
• Comfortable generating reports

Preferred Qualifications

Job Duties

Tasks may included but are not limited to:

• Support faculty with research and work independently
• Copy, print, and scan documents as necessary
• Time management
• Data Entry
• Confidentiality
• Knowledge of Resources
• Willingness to perform varied duties required by research professor

Working Conditions and Physical Effort

• Ability to sit and use a computer for the length of shift
• Ability to use department photocopier (training provided)
