Responsibilities:

• Participate actively in company training and development programmes.
• Support business development, marketing, and customer engagement activities.
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
• Work with team members to achieve assigned goals and targets.
• Develop leadership, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Prepare reports and contribute ideas for business growth.
• Take on increasing responsibilities based on performance and demonstrated leadership ability.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an HND from a recognized institution.
• NYSC graduates, serving corps members, and fresh graduates may apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and work as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
• No prior management experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
