Role Description The Graduate Management Trainee Program is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Trainees will rotate across key business functions to gain a broad understanding of brokerage operations, online trading services, and client support. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with market research and analysis, supporting client education programs, learning about risk management and compliance processes, and contributing to sales and marketing initiatives. Participants will work closely with senior team members, attend structured training sessions, and be involved in real projects that support business growth and client engagement. The program is designed to develop future leaders who can take on progressive responsibilities within the company.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numerical abilities, with interest in financial markets, forex, indices, commodities, and CFDs.
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
• High level of motivation, adaptability, and willingness to learn through structured training, mentoring, and on-the-job experience.
• Basic understanding of digital tools and platforms, including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and online research resources.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Management, or a related field; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to working within regulated environments and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; working knowledge of English is an advantage.
