Graduate Mechanical Engineer

Key responsibilities:

• Create 3D CAD models and 2D engineering drawings for precision mechanical modules and fixtures

• Perform structural, thermal, and modal simulations using FEA tools

• Support prototyping, assembly, and design validation testing

• Prepare BOMs, assembly instructions, and test documentation

• Participate in root-cause analysis and implement design improvements

• Apply DFM/DFA principles to enhance manufacturability and cost-effectiveness

Requirements:

• Masters Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field (fresh graduate or ≤2 years' experience)

• Solid Foundation in mechanics, materials, and manufacturing processes

• Experience in CAD (SolidWorks, Solid Edge, NX, Creo, or CATIA)

• Familiarity with Basic understanding of FEA tools and basic analysis concepts

• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin, Cantonese skills is a plus. Language skills are needed to communicate with stakeholders from different cultural background.

• Strong analytical, hands-on, and problem-solving mindset.
