Graduate Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team. In this entry-level position, you will work alongside senior engineers to assist in designing, testing, analyzing, and manufacturing mechanical systems and components. You will gain hands-on industry experience while contributing to live production, research, and technical projects.

Key Responsibilities & Duties1. Design & Development

• Assist in creating, modifying, and reviewing 2D drawings and 3D CAD models using software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or Creo.
• Prepare bill of materials (BOM), technical specifications, and component datasheets.
• Conduct basic mechanical calculations for structural integrity, stress, thermal dynamics, fluid flow, and material selection.

2. Testing & Quality Assurance

• Support prototype assembly, functional testing, and troubleshooting of mechanical assemblies.
• Perform Quality Control (QC) checks on incoming materials, fabricated parts, and final assemblies to ensure compliance with company and ISO standards.
• Collect, record, and analyze test data to generate technical performance reports.

3. Production & Project Support

• Collaborate with shop floor teams, machinist, and assembly line operators to streamline manufacturing operations.
• Assist project managers with project planning, scheduling, vendor coordination, and resource tracking.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve product or equipment failures.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
