Graduate Process Engineer

Carnac is a respected engineering consultancy recognised for expertise in the minerals processing industry. We're looking for a chemical or process engineering graduate who enjoys problem solving and is eager to learn.

Undergraduates in their final year are also encouraged to apply for this role.

This is a permanent, full-time role based at our head office, 20 minutes from the Perth CBD. Free parking, close to public transport and end-of-trip facilities.

You'll develop your process engineering and project management skills working alongside senior engineers. Under their supervision you'll gain hands-on experience across a range of activities:

• Manage small projects from start to finish or contribute to large projects as part of a team as well as define, track and report on time, cost and quality.
• Assist in the design and optimisation of industrial, water, energy and resource-related processes.
• Develop strong, collaborative and productive relationships with the multidisciplinary teams, clients and suppliers and throughout industry.
• Contribute to process design activities, including mass and energy balances, process flow diagrams, engineering calculations and equipment sizing.
