About the role

This is a Graduate Apprenticeship Program designed to attract and identify high-potential fresh graduates through a competitive selection process. The program provides meaningful exposure to the corporate environment and valuable hands-on learning experiences through rotational assignments across broking departments, structured learning, mentorship, and cross-functional exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate across key Broking departments to gain hands-on experience and comprehensive understanding of each department's roles, processes, and operations
• Engage in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities including client interaction and relationship management
• Support Policy Administration & Claims functions including generating bills, preparing Letters of Guarantee (LOG), processing claims, and responding to client and insurer enquiries
• Participate in Account Management activities including client-facing activities, account servicing, and insurance remarketing
• Work with assigned departmental mentor who will provide guidance, support, and coaching throughout the rotation

About you

• Diploma or Degree qualification in any discipline
