Graduate Project Coordinator (Construction Engineering)

The Company

Are you a recent graduate looking to kick-start your career in construction, engineering or project management?

We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to join a growing team and work alongside experienced Project Managers delivering major façade and construction projects across Australia.

Our client is the Australian arm of a globally recognised façade manufacturing and construction group, with an established presence in the Australian market.

Your Role

• Providing project administration and coordination support
• Assisting with tendering and project documentation
• Reviewing design and engineering documentation
• Assisting with project programmes and tracking project progress
• Coordinating samples and materials for client approval
• Liaising with clients, contractors, consultants and suppliers
• Assisting with on-site project coordination and activities
• Supporting quality and safety processes and audits

You will have...

• A degree or qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Architecture or a related discipline
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
• A positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
• An interest in construction, engineering and project delivery
• Exposure to AutoCAD, Bluebeam or similar software would be advantageous
• Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus!
• Previous construction, engineering, project administration or site experience is advantageous, but not essential
