If you’re a recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate with an interest in project management, product development and delivering technology in a complex environment, Roke could be the place for you.
As a Project Management Graduate in Roke’s Product Department, you’ll support the planning and delivery of product initiatives from concept through development and into service. Working with project managers, product managers, engineers and commercial specialists, you’ll help teams coordinate activities, manage information and maintain focus on customer, schedule, cost, quality and risk. You’ll gain practical experience on real work while building the professional skills needed for a career in project management.

- A genuine interest in project delivery, product development and technology.
- Strong organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise work and meet commitments.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with confidence working with a range of stakeholders.
- A proactive, curious and collaborative approach, with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
- Comfortable working with information and data to support decisions, reporting and continuous improvement.
Knowledge or Interest in One or More of the Following Areas

- Quality, configuration and requirements management.
- Using digital tools to organise work, analyse data and communicate progress.
Your Learning and Development
Roke will support your development as a new project manager through a structured learning and development programme aligned with the Association for Project Management (APM) framework. You’ll begin with a dedicated Early Careers Boot Camp, introducing you to Roke, our customers, our ways of working and the core skills needed to succeed.
Following Boot Camp, you’ll join the Product Department and apply your learning to live product and project activities. Throughout the two-year Graduate Scheme, Roke will combine structured training, practical experience and mentoring to help you build project management knowledge, skills and behaviours in line with the APM framework. You’ll support plans and schedules, track actions and milestones, maintain risk and issue information, prepare reports and coordinate reviews, building a portfolio of delivery experience across the product lifecycle.
You'll benefit from:
- Structured project management training aligned with the APM framework, alongside learning in Roke processes and product delivery.
- Day-to-day support from experienced project and product professionals, plus an Early Careers mentor.
- Exposure to multidisciplinary teams, different products and a range of delivery challenges.
