Graduate Quality Engineer- Precast Construction

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Precast Engineer to join our team and develop their career within the precast concrete industry.

This is a hands-on role, working closely with our production and technical teams to ensure that precast components are manufactured in accordance with drawings, specifications, quality requirements and project standards.

The successful candidate will spend a significant amount of their time on the factory floor, carrying out pre- and post-pour inspections, checking reinforcement cages, reviewing moulds and dimensions, and ensuring products meet the required standards before they leave the factory.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate engineer who wants to gain practical experience and develop a strong understanding of precast manufacturing, reinforced concrete and quality control.

General Duties

• Work closely with production, design, technical and quality teams.
• Attend production and technical meetings where required.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives within the factory.
• Develop knowledge of precast manufacturing techniques, reinforcement detailing, concrete technology and quality assurance.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and promote a strong safety and quality culture.
• Undertake any other reasonable engineering and technical duties required by the business.
