Graduate Registered Nurse

Role: The Graduate Inpatient RN provides comprehensive nursing care across various units, including acute care, oncology, cardiac, emergency, labor & delivery, NICU, pediatrics, ICU, and operating rooms. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, diagnostic procedures, and evaluating intervention effectiveness. They coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, ensure patient safety, and promote positive patient and family experiences through compassionate interactions and education. The RN also participates in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and evidence-based practice decisions.

Qualifications & Skills: Must have completed a Specialty Training Program in Nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Candidates should demonstrate strong assessment, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to troubleshoot equipment, prioritize patient needs, and adhere to policies is essential.

Key Duties: Conduct assessments, develop and implement care plans, provide direct patient care, evaluate responses, collaborate with healthcare team, and participate in safety and quality initiatives.
