- Continuously Learn: Adapt and apply various programming languages (such as Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, Rust, or Go) based on project needs.
Requirements:
- Education: A first-class or high-upper degree (MSc or PhD) in a STEM discipline (Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Informatics, Electrical Engineering, etc.) with exemplary academic marks.
- Technical Aptitude: Core IT knowledge with hands-on coding experience (e.g., Python, Java, C/C++, Rust, Go, MATLAB, or R).
- Mindset: Strong analytical thinking, critical problem-solving skills, and a genuine passion for technical learning.
- Language: Good German language skills (or a solid foundation with a commitment to reach professional fluency) alongside fluent English.
What Is On Offer:
- Dedicated Learning Time: Up to 10% of your working time dedicated to internal TechDays, continuous education, and external training.
- Work-Life Balance: 30 days of annual leave, paid overtime, and minimal to no travel expected.
