Work Schedule: This is a student, part-time position; approximately 12 hours per week; non-exempt position. This position is not eligible for benefits. This is a temporary appointment expiring on or before June 30, 2027, contingent upon the availability of funds.

Position Overview: Under the direct supervision of the PI and Co-PI the incumbent will perform various clerical support for the Golden Eagles SOAR Program.

Essential Functions: The incumbent will be responsible for the day-to-day clerical support of the Project. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Serve as the project coordinator by making phone calls and e-mail distribution
• Create graphic designs and project training materials
• Photocopying and filing various documents
• Assist the PI and Co-PI in filling forms, travel Approval forms, travel expense claim forms, vendor information, team and with external parties
• Assist the PI and Co-PI in scheduling meetings
• Assist in qualitative data collection and analysis
• Fulfill other duties as assigned

The incumbent must demonstrate an interest or ability in working in a multicultural/multiethnic environment. A background check (including a criminal records check) must be completed satisfactorily before any candidate can be offered a position with the UAS.
