Job Responsibilities

1.Market Analysis & Target Setting

Under the guidance of the Regional Manager or Branch Manager, conduct market research and planning for the assigned territory, and formulate market strategies as well as annual sales targets.

2.End-to-End Customer Relationship Development

In compliance with the customer management policies of the overseas marketing system, establish and maintain long-term customer relationships through diversified channels and approaches.

3.Order Acquisition & Business Negotiation

Align with annual sales targets to analyze potential clients’ demands and competitive landscape. Develop tailored solutions by optimizing product and pricing portfolios, and conduct business negotiations with clients to secure order deals.

Job Requirements

1. Fresh graduate of the Class of 2026 with a bachelor’s degree or above .

2. Priority will be given to candidates with engineering backgrounds , including but not limited to:Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Vehicle Engineering, International Economics and Trade, Marketing;Linguistics majors: Spanish, English, Arabic, Russian, French, Portuguese, Romanian, Serbian, Hungarian and Mongolian.

3. Possess integrity and principle, strong resilience and pressure tolerance, result-oriented mindset, team spirit, deductive thinking, proactive attitude and professional service awareness.
