Graduate Supply Chain Analyst

Sparta Global is looking for Graduate Supply Chain Finance Analysts to join a growing financial services operations team in Krakow.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build experience within banking, supply chain finance, payments and financial operations .

You’ll receive structured onboarding and training before working within an international environment, supporting day-to-day Supply Chain Finance processes.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting Supply Chain Finance and financial operations processes
• Reviewing and processing transactions, payments and documentation
• Supporting reconciliation and investigation of discrepancies
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring transactions are processed correctly
• Working with internal teams to resolve operational queries
• Following established controls, procedures and regulatory requirements
• Supporting process improvement and operational efficiency

What we're looking for:

• Graduate or early-career professional
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, International Business or a related discipline preferred
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Confident working with data and Microsoft Excel
• Strong written and spoken English
• Interest in banking, payments, trade finance or financial operations
• Previous experience in payments, reconciliation, banking or finance is beneficial but not essential
• Able to work from the Krakow office approximately 6–8 days per month , with additional onsite attendance during initial training

French speakers: We are particularly interested in candidates with business-level French for one position.
