What they need
Role & responsibilities
Creation and processing of customer orders and deliveries in SAP
- Handling of export processes, including preparation of export documentation
- Monitoring delivery dates and ensuring on-time delivery performance
- Error analysis and resolution within SAP (error handling)
- Coordination with Logistics, Sales, and international stakeholders
- Consolidation of materials from multiple warehouses to ensure the fastest possible order fulfillment
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in Customer Service, Export, or Order Management
- Strong SAP knowledge (ideally SD module)
- Structured and independent working style
- High level of service orientation and team spirit
- Very good English communication skills (written and spoken)
