Graduate Trainee

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Trainee to join our team. This role is designed for recent graduates who are eager to develop their professional skills, gain practical work experience, and build a successful career. The Graduate Trainee will participate in structured training, support various departments, and contribute to daily business operations while learning from experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in training programs and professional development activities.
• Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Support different departments on assigned projects and assignments.
• Conduct research, collect data, and prepare reports when required.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and follow up on assigned action items.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals.
• Learn and apply company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and professionalism at all times.
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors or management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any relevant field.
• 0–2 years of work experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and eagerness to learn.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
