Graduate Trainee

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Assist in conducting market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
• Develop convincing presentations and pitches to showcase services to clients.
• Collaborate with team members to create effective sales strategies and plans.
• Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and record-keeping.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in a similar role or industry (BPO/Call Centre).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly.
• Strong computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
