Responsibilities:

Training & Learning:

• Participate in company-organised training sessions and workshops.
• Learn about departmental processes, policies, and best practices.
• Shadow experienced staff to understand day-to-day operations.

Task Execution:

• Assist teams with daily tasks, projects, and administrative duties.
• Conduct research, collect data, and prepare basic reports.
• Support team members in completing assigned work accurately and on time.

Project Support:

• Contribute to departmental or cross-functional projects.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Provide fresh ideas and suggestions to improve processes.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare and submit progress reports to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate documentation of tasks, training, and observations.
• Present findings and insights to team leads when necessary.
