1. Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Trainees to join our team. The selected candidates will receive practical, on-the-job training in manufacturing processes, production activities, quality control, and engineering operations.

2. Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in daily production and manufacturing activities.
• Learn and understand machine operations and manufacturing processes.
• Support quality inspection and maintain product quality standards.
• Follow company procedures, safety rules, and 5S practices.
• Maintain production records, inspection reports, and other department documents.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and team members.
• Identify process issues and report them to the concerned supervisor.
• Participate in technical training and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

3. Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing and engineering concepts.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Teamwork and time management.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.

5. Salary and Benefits

• Salary:16,000 - 22,000/-
• On-the-job training and technical skill development.
