Job Title: Graduate Trainee Engineer

Location: Oregun, Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite

Compensation: ₦250,000 net monthly

Role Summary

Participates in a structured engineering development program focused on modern manufacturing, additive manufacturing, and product development. The role provides hands-on exposure to engineering operations, design processes, and production workflows while building the technical capability required for long-term engineering growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support engineering and product development projects across design, prototyping, and manufacturing stages
• Gain practical exposure to additive manufacturing and 3D printing workflows
• Assist with Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) activities and production optimisation
• Support technical documentation, reporting, and engineering process coordination
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams on operational and technical assignments
• Participate in testing, design iteration, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• NYSC completion is mandatory
• Basic understanding of engineering design and manufacturing principles
• Proficiency in CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, or related software
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

Pay: ₦250,000.00 per month
