Graduate Trainee - Engineering

We are currently hiring Engineering Graduates from various disciplines to support different functions across our organization.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or PhD in:

• Mechanical Engineering
• Manufacturing Engineering
• Mechatronics Engineering
• Chemical Engineering

1. CGPA Requirement: 3.40 and above
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
3. Good command of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
5. Self-driven, organized, independent, and customer-oriented
6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of vacuum technology or the vacuum industry would be an added advantage

• Exposure to or experience with automation equipment

• Knowledge and hands-on troubleshooting experience in automation engineering, including:

  • Stepper, BLDC, and Servo Drives
  • Motion Controllers
  • Communication Protocols such as RS232, EtherCAT, DeviceNet, and Profibus

• Knowledge of programming tools and languages such as:

  • LabVIEW
  • Beckhoff
  • Python
  • C#
  • PLC Programming

• Agile, creative, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering solutions and meeting customer expectations
