Graduate Trainee - General Affairs (Operations)

Purpose of the Position

Responsible for overseeing all administrative functions, including inventory management, facility management, vendor management, infrastructure projects, expat management and procurement. The role ensures operational efficiency, compliance and costeffectiveness across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Help design and implement programs for housekeeping, cafeteria, mailroom, and event management.
• Assist in tracking inventory levels of office supplies and equipment to maintain optimal stock.
• Assist in maintaining accurate documentation for audits, compliance, and record management.
• Assist in maintaining records required for SEZ compliance
• Support invoice verification and documentation, payment processing (maker level)

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excel Skills: Proficient in data analysis, pivot tables, lookups, etc.
• Data Presentation: Capability to present complex data in a clear, concise, and visually informative manner for decision-making.
• Analytical Thinking: Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze trends and improve operational efficiency.
• Stakeholder Management: Effective coordination and communication with internal teams and external vendors.
• Process Orientation: Strong understanding of compliance, documentation, and administrative workflows.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to proactively identify issues and implement practical solutions.
