Graduate Trainee Program - Protege Trainee

Protégé – Ready To Work (RTW)

This program is one of the government’s initiatives to improve the economy's development as a tool for nation building, supporting unemployed graduates by providing them with knowledge, skills, job experience, and increasing job marketability among fresh graduates.

Bachelor's Degree in/or related course-:

• Human Resources/Business Administration/Management/International Business
• Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Railway)
• Construction Management/Building
• Safety, Health and Environment
• Other relevant courses/graduates who are interested in joining

Requirement :

• Malaysian
• Degree holder with CGPA 2.75 and above (or equivalent)
• Underemployed or unemployed after graduation for not more than 2 years.

Program :

• 8 – 12 months on-the-job training
• RM 2000 monthly allowance
• SOCSO & EIS
• Annual Leave, Sick Leave

Work location-:

• KL
• Selangor - Kajang/Serdang/Port Klang
• Negeri Sembilan - Seremban
