Graduate Trainee Programme 2026 (Finance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research and financial analysis to support key business objectives.
• Assess clients’ financial needs, risk tolerance, and investment objectives
• Design and develop comprehensive wealth management plans, including investment strategies, retirement planning, and estate planning solutions
• Analyze and be familiar with the development of market and generate marketing strategies to boost business growth
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients, summarizing portfolio performance and strategy effectiveness
• Ad hoc duties are required

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, background from business and economics are preferred; related field will also be considered
• Fresh Graduates/Candidates with full working rights in Hong Kong are welcomed
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and develop actionable insights;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English and Chinese; fluent in Mandarin is a plus
• Strong willingness to learn and self-motivated individuals;
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
