About the Programme

BlueMool Limited is seeking motivated, ambitious, and detail-oriented graduates for its Graduate Trainee Programme in Civil Engineering and Quantity Surveying.

This programme is designed to provide successful candidates with practical, hands-on experience in construction, project execution, cost management, and related real estate development activities. Trainees will work alongside experienced professionals, participate in ongoing projects, and develop the technical and professional skills required to build a successful career in the industry.

• Graduate Trainee – Civil Engineering
• Graduate Trainee – Quantity Surveying

Key Responsibilities

Civil Engineering Trainee

• Assist with site supervision and monitoring of construction activities.
• Support the interpretation of architectural and engineering drawings.
• Assist in monitoring construction quality, materials, workmanship, and project progress.
• Work with project teams, contractors, consultants, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing site reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
• Learn and comply with applicable health, safety, and construction standards.

Quantity Surveying Trainee

• Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Support measurement and valuation of construction works.
• Assist with cost monitoring, budgeting, and project cost control.
• Participate in material quantity take-offs and procurement documentation.
• Assist with reviewing contractor quotations, invoices, and project variations.
• Maintain accurate cost records and other project documentation.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or HND in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying, as applicable.
• Recent graduates and candidates with limited relevant work experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, teamwork, and organisational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of relevant engineering or quantity surveying software is an advantage.
• A willingness to learn, demonstrate initiative, and work effectively with a project team.
• Ability to work on construction sites when required.
