Graduate Trainee - Technical

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage collateral management processes for housing finance projects.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Provide support to the team on civil engineering aspects of project execution.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders on project status updates.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in real estate or related field (housing finance, construction).
• Strong understanding of collateral management principles and practices.
• Familiarity with civil engineering concepts and building codes.
• Basic knowledge of financing options for residential properties.
