Job Description

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic B.Tech/B.E. freshers to join our team as Graduate Trainees. This opportunity is suitable for candidates who want to begin their professional careers, develop practical skills, and gain experience in a structured work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the team with day-to-day technical and operational activities.
• Support data management, documentation, reporting, and record maintenance.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records using MS Office and Excel.
• Learn and follow organizational processes, policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in training sessions and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
• Support process improvement and other responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Tech/B.E. graduates from a recognized institution.
• Freshers and candidates with up to one year of experience may apply.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities.
• A positive attitude and ability to work in a team.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
