Graduate Trainees

We are looking for fresh graduate candidates from Pharma/Science backgrounds to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing organization in the departments of Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Production, and Stores.

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

Educational Qualification

• M.Sc. / M.Pharm: 6 Positions
• B.Pharm / B.Sc.: 6 Positions
• Candidates must be from a Pharma / Science background.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Departments

Selected candidates will be placed in suitable departments based on their qualification, skills, and organizational requirements:

• Quality Assurance (QA)
• Quality Control (QC)
• Production
• Stores / Warehouse

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the respective department in day-to-day operations.
• Maintain departmental records and documentation as per company procedures.
• Support preparation and maintenance of reports, registers, and relevant documents.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow.
• Follow company SOPs, GMP requirements, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Learn and perform assigned activities under the guidance of senior personnel.
• Support departmental activities and complete assigned tasks within timelines.

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Good documentation and coordination skills.
• Positive attitude, discipline, and ability to work as part of a team.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
