Job Title: Graduate Trainee Program

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Trainee to join our organization. The successful candidate will undergo structured training and gain practical experience across relevant business functions while developing the skills needed for long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Participate actively in training and development programs.

* Assist with daily business and administrative operations.

* Support team members in achieving organizational goals.

* Learn and apply company policies, procedures, and best practices.

* Conduct research and prepare reports when required.

* Participate in meetings, projects, and team activities.

* Develop professional, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

* Take on assigned responsibilities and complete tasks within deadlines.

* Work collaboratively with different teams and departments.

Requirements:

* Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc.

* Fresh graduates and candidates with limited work experience are welcome.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Willingness to learn and adapt.

* Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an advantage.

* Must be proactive, responsible, and career-oriented.

Pay: ₦150,000.00 per month
