Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Identify and approach potential clients through various sales channels.
• Conduct client follow-ups and support the customer acquisition process.
• Present company products and services to prospective clients.
• Assist in achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Develop basic sales strategies to increase client engagement and business opportunities.
• Handle client inquiries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Participate in sales training, coaching, and business development activities.
• Maintain accurate client databases and prepare sales activity reports.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to improve performance and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Final-year students or fresh graduates from any major are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable interacting with new people.
• Highly motivated and target-oriented.
• Interested in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relations.
• Proactive, disciplined, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills are a plus.
• Willing to work Work From Office (WFO) in Jakarta.
