Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for an e-commerce voice process in Indore. Graduates with good communication skills are welcome to apply. Freshers can apply, and candidates with at least 6 months of documented sales experience may be eligible for a higher salary package.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Freshers are eligible to apply.
• Candidates with at least 6 months of documented sales experience may be eligible for the experienced salary package.
• Good communication skills are required.
• Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary Details :

• For Freshers: CTC: Rs. 18,000 per month
• Approximate in-hand salary: Rs. 14,000 to Rs. 15,000 per month + up to Rs. 10,000 in incentives.
• For Candidates with at Least 6 Months of Documented Sales Experience:
• CTC: Rs. 21,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month, up to Rs. 15,000 in incentives. Depending on experience and eligibility.

Working Schedule

• Shift window: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
• Shift duration: 9 hours, including a 1-hour break.
• Working days: 6 days per week.
• Rotational shifts as per business requirements.

Interview Process: Walk-in interview only.

Immediate joiners are preferred. Candidates should be comfortable working from the office in Indore.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
