Graduation Internship designing a Future-Proof Process Excellence Model

For our IT department, we are looking for an enthusiastic graduation intern. During this internship, you will investigate how our House of Process Excellence (HoPE) should evolve to continue delivering maximum value to Van den Bosch in a future shaped by AI, automation, and autonomous decision support.

You will analyse the current role of HoPE within the organisation and examine how developments in AI, data, and digitalisation are influencing process management, continuous improvement, and decision-making. Based on your findings, you will develop a concrete recommendation and target design for the future setup of Process Excellence within Van den Bosch. This will include roles and responsibilities, governance, cross-functional collaboration, and the application of AI in process improvement. You will work closely with Business Process Owners, management, IT, and other stakeholders involved in the further development of Van den Bosch.

Your profile

• You are looking for a graduation internship starting in January or February.
• You are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• You have an interest in strategy, process improvement, digitalisation, and organisational development.
• You possess strong analytical skills and enjoy investigating complex organisational challenges.
• You work independently, take initiative, and critically contribute ideas about the future of organisations.
• You communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and are able to connect different interests and perspectives.
