About the role

We are seeking a talented Grafis Design dan Video Editor to join our creative team in Bali on a full-time basis. This is a key position within our design and architecture division, where you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality graphic design materials and video content for our diverse client base. You will be responsible for bringing creative concepts to life whilst maintaining brand consistency and meeting client expectations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your creative portfolio and work on varied, exciting projects in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create visually compelling graphic designs for various media including print, digital, web and social media platforms
• Edit and produce high-quality video content, including promotional videos, corporate films, commercials and social media videos
• Collaborate with clients and the creative team to understand project requirements, objectives and brand guidelines
• Develop and conceptualise creative ideas that align with client briefs and strategic objectives
• Utilise industry-standard design and video editing software to execute projects efficiently and professionally
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst meeting agreed deadlines
• Ensure consistency in design quality, colour grading, audio levels and overall production standards across all deliverables
• Incorporate client feedback and revisions in a timely and professional manner
• Stay current with design trends, video production techniques and emerging technologies in the creative industry
• Maintain organised file systems and documentation for all project assets and versions

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design capabilities and creative range
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar professional tools
• Advanced skills in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent programs
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, colour theory and composition
• Excellent eye for detail and ability to produce work that meets high quality standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Knowledge of video production workflow, including colour grading, audio mixing and export optimisation
• Familiarity with motion graphics and animation is advantageous
• Understanding of social media content requirements and best practices for various platforms
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a willingness to explore innovative approaches
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication or related field is preferred
