Grain Superintendent

Grain Elevator Superintendent Top Ag Cooperative is hiring a Grain Elevator Superintendent to oversee daily grain operations across multiple grain locations. This role leads hourly staff in safe, efficient grain handling, quality control, equipment maintenance, and rail/truck loading operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead and hold team members accountable to Top Ag's core values and safety standards
• Oversee grain inventory, quality, and facility/equipment maintenance
• Coordinate rail loading and truck receiving operations
• Train, develop, and manage hourly operations employees

What You'll Need

• Associate's degree in Ag Business, Ag Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of leadership experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with hands-on, outdoor work
• Valid driver's license

Working Conditions: Combination of outdoor and office environment; seasonal/overtime hours required.
