Job Summary

We are looking for a team-oriented person who enjoys working with people. You will communicate with customers, managers, coworkers, face to face, and on the phone.

You will greet customers and take in drop off and perform pickup orders, record information into a computer database.

You will help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns.

Responsibilities and Duties Include:

• Provide excellent customer service and communication in person and phone
• Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance
• Be consistently at work and on time
• Work on a computer using Windows based Operating System
• Handle customer pick up and drop off items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Communicate customer complaints
• Count and balance shift cash drawer

Qualifications and Skills

Neat and professional appearance. Experience with customer service and cash drawer is needed. We do provide paid training.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.50 - $16.50 per hour
