Granite Countertop Installer

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Granite Countertop Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality granite and quartz countertops in residential and commercial settings. Your expertise will help transform spaces, ensuring precise craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Duties

• Measure and interpret dimensional measurements and blueprint specifications to ensure precise fabrication and installation of granite countertops.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment to cut, shape, and install countertops according to project plans.
• Follow construction plans and technical drawings to accurately execute remodeling and building material installation projects.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying caulking or adhesive materials for secure countertop placement.
• Install fixtures such as sinks, faucets, and other accessories, ensuring proper plumbing connections and electrical safety where applicable.
• Conduct quality inspections during and after installation to ensure adherence to blueprints, specifications, and customer expectations.

Experience

• Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on building material installation, masonry, or remodeling projects.
• Familiarity with tile masonry experience, drywall finishing is highly desirable.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and interpreting technical drawings or blueprints.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems and fixture setup enhances your versatility.
• Previous work involving construction management or estimating is a plus for understanding project scope and timelines.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members throughout the project lifecycle.

Pay: $19.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
